Allie Mount is a landscape photographer based in Portland, Oregon. Originally from California, she received her degree in Painting from the California College of the Arts in 1996. Her interest in photography started with the building of a simple pinhole camera and has grown to include a love for instant film, and more recently, medium format. She is currently working on a series of photographs titled “Secret Garden,” which is based on the private spaces and very personal ways people interact with nature.
